Rental Data Search - Rental Search Lists from Public databases
After receiving your Rental Survey ("Tell Us What You Want") and payment, within 24 hours
of payment receipt or starting on a later date that you have requested, HRCLLC will provide you with a list of rental properties compiled from public and private
sources for the period prescribed by your payment amount. This service is labor based, that is, you employ us to research on your behalf and provide the results. It is not our intent to republish or the replace the original sources of information. HRCLLC will provide references to all data and provide copies of the original printed materials upon request.
Amenities and preferences that are not excluded in the ad text will not eliminate the ad from
your list of rentals. For example, if you have a pet, and the ad does not specify "NO PETS" or "No Dishwasher", it will be included on your list. There is no guarantee that your pet will be allowed or that the unit offers a dishwasher. You are responsible for contacting the property owner/manager about any properties of interest to you in order to confirm that the rental meets your criteria, is available and set up a showing. The scope of this service does not allow us to act as your agent in obtaining or securing a rental property. Private Database
Contact Service - Exclusive Listings
After receiving your "Exclusive Listings" request form, HRCLLC will confirm the availability of the properties you have selected. Once the availability and showing schedules are verified, we will contact you to request your payment. After receiving your payment HRCLLC will coordinate a showing date and time between you and the property owner/manager(s). If the property is rented prior to your viewing it, you will receive a full refund of the payment for that listing.
Scope of Services
HONOLULU RENTAL CENTRAL, LLC (Hereafter referred to as HRCLLC) is a web based publisher and contact manager of rental properties. HRCLLC will not negotiate, manage, represent nor participate in the actual transaction between tenants and landlords; therefore we have no control over the quality, condition, or legality of the unit advertised. Further, HRCLLC does not guarantee or control whether the transaction between buyers and sellers is successfully completed. You understand and agree that HRCLLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages for loss of funds, rents, or other intangible losses. The information provided herein regarding rental property is deemed accurate and reliable but is not guaranteed. We cannot allow minors to use our services unless it is with and in conjunction with a parent or legal guardian.
Anti-Discrimination Policy-
HRCLLC will not knowingly include advertising that can be considered as discriminatory, nor shall it infringe on any rights nor violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulations. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
Indemnification
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, secure access to our services due to circumstances beyond our control. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HRCLLC affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees from any and all losses, liabilities, claims, suits, damages, fines, penalties, and any costs of remediation in connection with the use of our services. Should you object to any of the terms contained herein, or become dissatisfied with our service in any way, your sole recourse is to immediately discontinue use of our service. Failure to enforce any of the provisions of this agreement or rights shall in no way be considered a waiver of such provisions or rights or in any way effect the validity of this agreement.
Privacy-
We respect your personal right to privacy. HRCLLC is strongly committed to protecting your privacy in the use of our interactive products and services. We have controls in place to
protect your confidentiality and maintain security. We will not knowingly supply your contact information to any parties unless directed to do so by you.
Any HRCLLC Survey - Contact Information
The information you provide in the Contact Information fields of any survey are in "good
faith" and by design intended to be used by individuals seeking rental properties. These fields are not designed to accommodate the names of other
agencies nor their agents, property managers nor their agents, nor any other proxy arrangement unless by a parent or guardian.
If you are not the individual seeking a rental property placement but are submitting the form for a third party as a courtesy, please be aware that the property owner/manager will be informed that an individual prospective renter is seeking their property. If the property owner/manager determines that the contact information is from a third party not acting in good faith on behalf of someone else (i.e. disclosure of such arrangement) the property owner/manager may refuse to give out any information about the listed property until the identity of the person actually requesting a rental opportunity can be clarified. If a showing is disallowed due to non-disclosure of third party involvement a refund will not be provided by HRCLLC and services will no longer be offered to the offending third party.
If a misunderstanding should occur between a third party submitting agent and a property owner/manager, HRCLLC or one of its agents will make a reasonable effort to try to resolve the matter in so much as it must pertain to the following conditions in uncertainty: Language Barriers; Visual/Verbal/Audible Communication Barriers; perspective renter's Physical Challenges; a reasonable condition or circumstance which would preclude or prevent the perspective renter from being able to conduct matters on their-own behalf.
