(What We Do For You!) We provide a multiple database search of rental listings on a daily basis for the number of consecutive days that you purchase. We will convey the updated list to you by fax, e-mail, USPS, or you may drop by our centrally located office to pick up a hard copy (by appointment please). We also offer other helpful products like the 'Newcomers Packet' which includes maps, coupons, and literature to help you acclimate to life on Oahu. We also provide internet access and refreshments for our drop by customers. Our helpful office staff can also answer questions about Commute times, local weather patterns, schools, and shopping centers.
PUBLIC/PRIVATE DATA SEARCH:
$30 00 ~ Sunday 
$60 00 ~ Five (5) consecutive days 
$85 00 ~ Ten (10) consecutive days
$100 00 ~ Fifteen (15) consecutive days
 one (1) day only; after the listings become available. You specify the date (which Sunday) you want listings from.
 You specify the start date and the service runs forward from that date. Sunday can be included in the consecutive services listed here.
EXCLUSIVE LISTINGS: (see link on left for more details)
Tired of calling on rentals only to hear "Sorry, it is already rented" Here is something different for a 'Preferred Prospective Tenant' who is looking for that extra edge. These listings offer rental properties that are not yet advertised elsewhere and gives our viewers the opportunity to preview "Exclusive Listings" for free . The owner or manager may choose to charge a nominal processing fee for any additional applications (multiple tenants) by your party if any. If your gross income (less any other financial obligations) is three times the rent and your credit history is free of repeated late payments or collections then you are basically qualified. Oahu Orientation Tour $150
This service is perfect for those needing an expert introduction to the Honolulu area rental and sales market. Honolulu Rental Central, LLC will arrange for a Licensed Real Estate Agent who is a member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors to provide a guided tour of the primary residential areas on Oahu to help you understand all the neighborhoods in the greater Honolulu county area. This overview will help you to quickly decide on the neighborhoods where you will want to focus your housing search. The tour takes a minimum of THREE hours and can last up to FIVE hours depending on time of day and areas that you choose to focus your searches in.
Agent Guided Rental Tour $250
This service is tailored for the individual that would like to have most everything handled for them, including setting showing appointments and being driven to these appointments. Honolulu Rental Central, LLC will arrange for a Licensed Real Estate Agent who is a member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors to escort you to up to FIVE pre-arranged showings. This service includes a three hour tour of Oahu and an additional FIVE days of daily updates, FIVE days of Aloha Answer Line, and a pre-arrival packet. A great value!
Aloha Answer Line $25
This service is perfect for those needing an extra push in the right direction. Are you tired of getting lost or being late for appointments? With just a call our Aloha Answer Line staff will help direct you to the next showing, shopping, restaurants, beaches and other points of interest. We also alert you of traffic delays due to normal traffic patterns, delays due to road construction, and major accidents. The Answer Line service is available from 7AM to 7PM for a period of ten days consecutive days.
